- The desire to make every day of your life, the best day of your life. No more just going through the motions. You’ll be introduced to what it feels like to be happy + healthy from within;

“REBOOT YOUR HEALTH”
8 Week Program
If you are looking for a long term, personalised blueprint to make real changes to your health, then as part of our 8 week Reboot your Health program, you will work together with one of us as your health coach, to pursue your own personal health goals.
Before you commit to anything, we start with a FREE Health History consult. This consult will happen either in our home office or via phone and during this session you can get a feeling for what coaching with us feels like (it takes around 45 mins).
The purpose of this initial consult is:
- To discuss your most pressing health challenges and to get clear on your goals for your health moving forward.
- For you to learn more about our 8 week Reboot your Health program and what personalised coaching entails.
- For you to determine if coaching with us is for you, and
- So that we can determine if you’re the right client for us. We are aware that we are not for everyone and we will only take on clients who we firmly believe will benefit from working with us.
Once you decide to move forward and commit to our 8 week program, you an expect the following:
Our Program at a glance…
- Eight weekly 1:1 coaching sessions with Anna or Em. These sessions will be in person or via phone and will run for 50 mins each.
- Business hours email support for the duration of your program + check-in emails for two weeks after finishing up our sessions;
- Personalised tools and resources – recipes, eBooks, worksheets and handouts – that will support you and encourage you to get to KNOW YOURSELF better through this journey.
- We will work together to create your own blueprint for better health and ‘bridge the gap’ between where you are now, to where you want to be!
