We have taken all of the guess work out of the ‘planning’ for you in creating our done-for-you 5 Day Meals Plans.
It is our suggestion that you follow our plans that will released each week for 4 weeks (with Week 1 below), as they have been carefully crafted to account for the right balance of macros (particularly protein) and approximate calorie intake for 40+ women. Our meals are all relatively low fuss and we have plenty of time saver tips for those of you who are keen on minimal prep and cooking time!
