Here is what to do next…
Head straight to the Week 1 -> 5 Day Meal Plan, have a browse, see what you think and then hit the ‘save to my collection’ tab.
Navigate to the ‘Your Saved Meal Plan‘ tab and you will find the 5-day meal plan in here.
Once in here, you have the option edit our suggested meal plan by subbing recipes from our Recipe Collections – you might want to peruse our recipes first so you have an idea of any swaps you might want to make.
While the Recipe Collections are provided to give you alternative options throughout the program – it is strongly recommended that you follow our provided meal plan as closely as possible, as they are thoughtfully put together.
We have put together several helpful Instructional Videos (below) and also available in Week 1 -> 5 Day Meal Plan to help you get the most out of the feature.
- Step 1: How-to save our 5 Day Meal Plan in to your own Meal Plan Collection;
- Step 2: Once saved in to Your Meal Plan Collection, How-to easily edit, the 5-day meal plan;
- Step 3: How-to adjust servings sizes
- Step 4: How-to generate your shopping list
