We all know how important it is to make time for ourselves… but how do we take time for some Time out (or Self-care)?
Well, even before we begin, we must make a conscious choice to “Get out of the HABIT of STRESS/ No time/ rushing/ busy-busy”! Lots of the stress that we live with, we create. Before we can make any change, we must become aware of how we are in fact contributing to our state, consciously or sub-consciously, with our thought patterns.
Are you always frantic?Taking on too many things? Never say ‘no’? Constantly complaining of being busy?
Let’s first of all, work to break these thought patterns. After all, they are just that… thoughts. And we are in control of our thoughts. Now… are you ready to begin?
Print of our “LOVE to-do” list. Take it outside. Sit in the park, on the beach or in your own backyard with your favourite organic tea or big green juice. And get started…..
We are aiming to do one thing every day for 5 days. There is our challenge to you – if you love it, keep it in your routine!!
