Whether you are pregnant, a new mum or 15 years post partum, you always need to be mindful of how well your Pelvic Floor is functioning.

As women, the most consistent advice we are given when it comes to our Pelvic Floor is “just do your pelvic floor exercises, i.e. Kegels, and all will be fine!” While there might be some truth to this statement, we are here to tell you that there is SO MUCH MORE to consider for healthy and properly functioning pelvic floor muscles.

The tips in this guide are not designed to replace any professional medical advice you may have received, nor do they cover ‘everything you need to know’. We do hope however, that they provide you with some new (and different) strategies to help take some pressure off your pelvic floor and enhance its day to day function.
