'Chocolate' Bliss balls
Delicious nutritious on-the-go snack. High in protein and healthy fats, helping deliver you a nutrient hit, while keeping you satisfied for longer.
Ingredients
DRY INGREDIENTS
- 1 scoop SSH protein powder (chocolate)
- 1 cup nuts or sunflower seeds, if you want this to be nut-free
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1-2 tbsp cacao powder
WET INGREDIENTS
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1-2 tbsp tahini
Instructions
- BLEND the dry ingredients until ground (texture is up to you). Then add in the wet ingredients and combine until the mixture forms a sticky dough. Continue until you have used up all mixture.
- If too dry, add more tahini/ or just dash of water.
- Roll a dessert spoonful of mixture into ball.
- Put in an airtight container in fridge. Allow to set, then enjoy!
Notes
You can add different flavours if you like - we love using Doterra essential oils like orange or peppermint to our chocolate balls. But please make sure that your EO is food grade (not all oils are!).
