Easy Blender Protein Pancakes

Quick and easy with all ingredients going in to your blender - these pancakes are perfect for a 'sweet but savoury' breakie or an arvo snack, full of protein and added collagen for shiny hair, skin & nails.

- 1 scoop SSH Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 tbsp SSH Collagen Powder
- 1 cup plain flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup natural yoghurt to serve - optional
- 1 cup berries to serve - optional
- drizzle with honey or maple syrup
Add all ingredients (except baking soda and baking powder) to blender and blitz on low, until combined.
Add baking powder and soda and mix on low until combined.
Heat pan to medium to high heat and add butter/ghee (or alternative) to cover bottom of pan.
Once butter is bubbling and pan is hot, turn down to a medium to low heat, add in spoonful of batter to make pancakes, of desired size.
Allow to cook until bubbles appear on top, then flip. Second side will cook quicker than first side. Remove from fry pan once, both sides are brown.
Serve pancakes with greek or natural yogurt, berries and a drizzle of honey.
