sliced in halves lengthways and then diced

Instructions
Using a large salad bowl, layer all the lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber and onion and mix loosely together.
Spread the olives, crumble the feta over the top and add the parsley.
Squeeze over the lemon juice and mix through.
