Instructions
In a blender, combine the tofu, honey, cacao and vanilla. If using protein powder, add it here. Run the blender on high speed just until the ingredients are incorporated.
In a small bowl, pour the contents of the blender and add the chia seeds. Stir to combine.
Pour the pudding into serving dishes, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least one hour. Before serving, top with a dollop of natural greek yoghurt and then garnish with some grated dark chocolate, berries of choice, mixed roasted nuts / seeds / toasted coconut or homemade granola from some crunch.!
