Summer Lovin' Mango Smoothie

This smoothie tastes like summer in a glass. A must-have if you are in the midst of the heatwave, like we were over summer or if you just want those good time summer vibes flowing! Give this one a go - you are going to LOVE it!

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 mango fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 peach
  • 1 cup coconut milk Pure Harvest coconut milk is delicious in this recipe
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 scoop SSH vanilla protein
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • Toasted coconut to garnish on top

To up the ante nutrient-wise, you can add:

  • 1/2 cup Baby spinach
  • 1/2 avocado
  • Obviously this will alter the colour to green which is fine with us, but up to you!

Instructions
 

  • Pop all ingredients in a high speed blender, blitz and enjoy!
