Supergreen Powerhouse Dressing
This dressing is next-level and we are not even joking about that! This dressing changed our view on nutritious food - now it was not only nutritious but absolutely dee-licious too. If you are one of those who think that nutritious food, cannot taste good - then you need to get on board this train! Add this to ANYTHING for a zesty, vibrant flavour shot. So much yum....
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar apple cider vinegar, lemon juice etc,
- 1 cup olive oil olive oil, avocado or walnut,
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 cup basil Or any combination of basil, oregano, tarragon, chives, dill, parsley, coriander.
- 1/4 cup oregano
- 1/4 cup coriander
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard.
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender for 60 secs.
- Pour into an airtight jar and keep in the fridge for 1-3 weeks.
- This dressing is great with literally anything - salad, meats, roasted veges.
- You might also like to try our Zesty tahini, lemon and parsley dressing... mmmm.
Notes
Use any combination of soft herbs - and just choose to your liking: basil, oregano, tarragon, chives, dill, parsley, coriander.
