3 Ingredient Protein Pancakes
Quick and easy with minimal ingredients - these pancakes are perfect for an arvo snack or a 'sweet' but savoury breakie.

- 1 scoop SSH Protein Powder choc or vanilla
- 1 banana small, ripe
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp natural yoghurt to serve - optional
- 1 tbsp berries to serve - optional
Mash the banana in a bowl using a fork.
Crack the egg in to the bowl and mix with the banana.
Add the protein powder and stir until well combined.
Heat pan to medium heat and add butter (or alternative) to cover bottom of pan.
Once butter is bubbling, add in spoonful of batter to make pancakes, of desired size.
Allow to cook until bubbles appear on top, then flip. Second side will cook quicker than first side. Remove from fry pan once, both sides are brown.
Serve pancakes with yogurt, berries
