Blueberry Beet Smoothie

This vibrant smoothie is full of anti-oxidants and tastes extremely decadent. If you find yourself reaching for something sweet to beat that afternoon slump - this could be just the antidote! This is a really great nutritious smoothie for the kids too - they will never know about the beets....sshhh! You could also sneak some spinach (or other leafy green) in there too - the beautiful purple colour will disguise the green. Promise!

- 2 scoop SSH vanilla protein powder
- 1 1/2 cups milk (of choice) or water
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1-2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 large beetroot scrubbed or peeled
- 1/2 banana frozen
Pop all ingredients into your high speed blender and whizz on high for 60 seconds, until beautifully smooth.
Sprinkle with a little extra cinnamon (if desired).
Pour into your glass, and drink in the deliciousness.
