If you have your coffee black, the total caloric value will be less, and protein will around 4g less too.The protein calculation is based off full-cream milk and a high protein yoghurt like YoPro (they have around 15-20g protein per serve and have no added sugar. They are an excellent choice for a high protein snack). A nut milk in your coffee will offer around 10g less protein for this snack.
