A yummy savoury snack when you need something to see you through the afternoon.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 tbsp cottage cheese
  • 1/2 carrot sliced
  • 1/2 red capsicum sliced
  • sea salt & pepper to season

Instructions
 

  • Prepare your veggies.
  • Season cottage cheese with salt & pepper.
  • Dip your veggies in and enjoy!

Notes

An alternative for salt & pepper is Herbamare - a herbed sea salt, infused with herbs and veg (it's really delish!). 
Or you can look out for Mingle range of flavours - free of nasties and so yummy.  
Fresh herbs is also yum when mixed through the cottage cheese.
