Hot Smoked Salmon & Cottage Cheese Wrap

Holy Moly this wrap is the shizzzz. Honestly it was a little new for us - combining hot smoked salmon and cottage cheese, but the flavour combo is on point! This simple recipe tips every macro box, plenty of protein and a whole lotta flavour! Enjoy xx

- 1 wholewheat wrap or gluten free option
- 75 grams hot smoked salmon
- 1/4 avocado
- 2 tbsp cottage cheese
- 1/2 tomato
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1 cup rocket
- sea salt & pepper to season
Place wrap on a large plate and start to assemble.
Spread avocado on the wrap, then add the cottage cheese. Top with cucumber, tomato, hot smoked salmon and rocket.
Season with salt and pepper. Roll the wrap, slice in two and enjoy!
SUBS
You can sub the hot smoked salmon with canned tuna or chicken.
