Prepare rice according to instructions, if not cooked already and set aside.
Warm a fry pan to a medium heat, add sesame oil. Once warmed, add onion and garlic and cook through.
Add beef mince and cook til browned.
Add tamari, fish sauce, and rice malt syrup. Mix well to combine.
Add corn starch / water mixture and stir through. Keep on heat until the 'sauce' starts to thicken.
Add broccoli and green peas and stir til cooked through.
Add spinach and stir through, til it wilts.
To serve, add 1/3 cup rice to each bowl, serve of beef mixture and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Fresh chilli would be a yummy topping too (for big kids). Enjoy!
