Instructions
Scramble egg and egg whites in a pan over medium heat.
Warm the tortilla in the microwave or a pan.
Fill the tortilla with scrambled eggs, black beans, salsa, spinach and cheese.
Roll up and serve.
Notes
Feel free to add your herbs and spices of choice in your eggs to boost the flavour!
