As we approach our 40’s (and beyond) we begin to move through a new phase where life is pretty full – juggling kids with busy schedules, work commitments + career, running our households, caring for ageing parents and in a cruel twist, our body is starting to change, hormones are a little unpredictable and what worked for us in the past is no longer working.

For over a combined 25 years, we have worked with hundreds of women, and during this time, we have worked out exactly what works for women, especially women 35 years+.

4 Week online Masterclass Series
Thrive in Peri is our 4 week Masterclass series designed to do just that… have you Thriving in Peri(menopause)!
What might otherwise be a challenging time with ‘so many things changing’ and little understanding of why, Thrive in Peri was created to empower you to approach this transition with knowledge, understanding and compassion for yourself.
Over the four weeks, we dive into the 4 pillars of health – exercise & movement, nutrition, sleep and stress management – and uncover the impact that Perimenopause can have on them, but likewise, how doing the right things in our 4 pillars can equally impact our experience of Peri.
Each week of the 4 weeks, you will receive a masterclass on one of these topics. Each masterclass will see us either interview an incredible expert in the given field or deliver you our own education and experience ensuring that you have the most relevant information, so that you can learn ‘what the F is going on?’ in your body, but more importantly, what you can do about it!
Our masterclasses are around 30 minutes long and are designed to be super accessible and easy for you to consume. Each week, you will also be given an action list of very easy and accessible things that you can implement immediately into your day(s) to change your experience of Peri.
This is a self paced, fully online program, allowing you full flexibility as to when, where and how you consume the information, giving you the ability to tap in and out, when time permits. And you have lifetime access.
