Anna and Em will teach you everything you need to start – from the foundations most women skip, to walking into the weights room with confidence.

You’ll leave with:

  • Correct core and pelvic floor activation before you lift

  • The 5 movement patterns behind every exercise

  • Form that protects your body and prevents injury

  • A simple training structure you can start this week

  • The confidence to train from home or walking into a gym
