
Beef & Vegetable Stir-Fry with Noodles

Ingredients
- 600 g beef stir-fry strips
- 200 g rice noodles
- 2 tablespoons olive oil mild, extra virgin
- 1 onion sliced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 head broccoli chopped
- 1 red capsicum diced
- 2 carrots diced
- 1/4 cup tamari or soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
Instructions
- Cook rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large wok or skillet over high heat. Add sliced onion and minced garlic, cook until fragrant.
- Add beef stir-fry strips to the wok and stir-fry until browned.
- Add all chopped vegetables to the wok and stir-fry until tender-crisp.
- Pour soy sauce and honey over the beef and vegetables, stir to combine.
- Serve the stir-fry over cooked rice noodles.
