Beef & Vegetable Stir-Fry with Noodles

This delicious stir fry is packed full of flavour gluten free and will be a family favourite in no time!

Ingredients
  

  • 600 g beef stir-fry strips
  • 200 g rice noodles
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil mild, extra virgin
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 head broccoli chopped
  • 1 red capsicum diced
  • 2 carrots diced
  • 1/4 cup tamari or soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions
 

  • Cook rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • Heat olive oil in a large wok or skillet over high heat. Add sliced onion and minced garlic, cook until fragrant.
  • Add beef stir-fry strips to the wok and stir-fry until browned.
  • Add all chopped vegetables to the wok and stir-fry until tender-crisp.
  • Pour soy sauce and honey over the beef and vegetables, stir to combine.
  • Serve the stir-fry over cooked rice noodles.
