Green Goddess Smoothie

Green Goddess Smoothie

Anna + Em
This smoothie is power-packed with nutrients and will well and truly give you your green hit for the day. It is very low in fructose and is not a particularly sweet smoothie, so if you prefer it more sweet, simply add a half banana or mango. You could also add a generous knob of ginger, to give your smoothie a real kick and to up the anti-inflammatory stakes.
