A yummy savoury snack when you need something to see you through the afternoon.
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp cottage cheese
- 1/2 carrot sliced
- 1/2 red capsicum sliced
- sea salt & pepper to season
Instructions
- Prepare your veggies.
- Season cottage cheese with salt & pepper.
- Dip your veggies in and enjoy!
Notes
An alternative for salt & pepper is Herbamare – a herbed sea salt, infused with herbs and veg (it’s really delish!).
Or you can look out for Mingle range of flavours – free of nasties and so yummy.
Fresh herbs is also yum when mixed through the cottage cheese.
