- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 scoop SSH Vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 cup mixed berries fresh or frozen
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp honey optional
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, chia seeds and the protein powder until well combined.
- Layer the yogurt mixture with the mixed berries in a glass or bowl.
- Drizzle with honey if desired.
