
High Protein Banana Bread
Anna + EmThis healthy High Protein Banana Bread is easy to make, tastes great and will make your whole house smell amazing! We love having this on hand for when we need something quick to grab and go, or as part of a larger snack.

Ingredients
- 3 banana mashed
- 1 banana sliced lengthways
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 tbsp SSH Vanilla Protein powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 egg beaten
- 1/4 cup coconut oil melted
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180C. Lightly coat a loaf pan with oil.
- Add all ingredients, except the sliced banana, to a large mixing bowl and whisk together, until well combined.
- Pour mixture into the loaf pan and top with sliced banana halves, cut sides up.
- Cook for 30-40 minutes, or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean. Let rest for 10-15 minutes before serving.

You could add your choice of mix-ins into your mixture before cooking, for some variety if desired. We love blueberries or raspberries, walnuts, choc chips, as a start…Â
STORAGE
Allow to fully cool but then, this will keep for 3-5 days in the fridge or slice it up first and then freeze. This freezes well in an airtight container, which makes it great for lunchboxes.
While these whole food snacks are a much better option to store bought, please enjoy in moderation.Â
