High Protein Raspberry Cheesecake “Ice cream”
Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- 1 tbsp nut butter
- 1 serve SSH vanilla protein
- 1/2 cup raspberries fresh or frozen
Instructions
- Blitz all ingredients til smooth.
- Transfer to a freezable container and then stir through your raspberries.
- Pop into the freezer and freeze for 4 hours or overnight.
- It will be as hard as granite when it comes out, so you either need a) need to be patient and allow it to thaw a little or b) put it in the microwave for 30 secs.
- If you like cheesecake, you will love this one.
