Hot Smoked Salmon & Cottage Cheese Wrap

Holy Moly this wrap is the shizzzz. Honestly it was a little new for us – combining hot smoked salmon and cottage cheese, but the flavour combo is on point! This simple recipe tips every macro box, plenty of protein and a whole lotta flavour! Enjoy xx

Ingredients
  

  • 1 wholewheat wrap or gluten free option
  • 75 grams hot smoked salmon
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 2 tbsp cottage cheese
  • 1/2 tomato
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1 cup rocket
  • sea salt & pepper to season

Instructions
 

  • Place wrap on a large plate and start to assemble.
  • Spread avocado on the wrap, then add the cottage cheese. Top with cucumber, tomato, hot smoked salmon and rocket.
  • Season with salt and pepper. Roll the wrap, slice in two and enjoy!

You can sub the hot smoked salmon with canned tuna or chicken.
