Hot Smoked Salmon & Cottage Cheese Wrap
Holy Moly this wrap is the shizzzz. Honestly it was a little new for us – combining hot smoked salmon and cottage cheese, but the flavour combo is on point! This simple recipe tips every macro box, plenty of protein and a whole lotta flavour! Enjoy xx
Ingredients
- 1 wholewheat wrap or gluten free option
- 75 grams hot smoked salmon
- 1/4 avocado
- 2 tbsp cottage cheese
- 1/2 tomato
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1 cup rocket
- sea salt & pepper to season
Instructions
- Place wrap on a large plate and start to assemble.
- Spread avocado on the wrap, then add the cottage cheese. Top with cucumber, tomato, hot smoked salmon and rocket.
- Season with salt and pepper. Roll the wrap, slice in two and enjoy!
