
Papaya, Coconut & Lime w Yoghurt

Ingredients
- 1/4 papaya skin removed + chopped
- 1 tbsp shredded coconut
- 1 squeeze lime juice
- 2 tbsp greek yogurt or coconut yogurt
- 1 tbsp mixed seeds sunflower/pepitas
Instructions
- Remove the skin from your papaya and chop in to bite size peices. Mix together with shredded coconut and lime juice. Add your greek yoghurt on top, sprinkle with seeds and enjoy!
