Yoghurt, Chia + Berry Snack

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 scoop SSH Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp pepita or sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup natural yoghurt we love Tamar Valley, Five AM or Barambah
  • 1/3 cup frozen berries

Instructions
 

  • Pop chia and sunflower seeds in a bowl with enough water to cover and let sit for 3 minutes or so until chia seeds have softened/expanded.
  • Stir through natural yogurt and protein powder.
  • Top with berries and enjoy!
