The SSH Move Studio was created with every busy mum in mind. After a combined 25 years of working with mums in a face-to-face capacity we brought our knowledge and know-how online, to help busy mums access our much-loved workouts and programs, to start to build their best body, feel stronger than ever and know they are doing exactly what they need to for their stage of mum life.

Post Natal Exercise Program

Our foundation Post Natal program will lay the foundation for your fitness, post baby.

In 28 Days you will start to:

✔️  Improve diastasis recti (tummy separation), prolapse, leaking, and pelvic, back and / or hip pain;

✔️  Properly breathe and recruit your deep core and pelvic floor (statistically 50% of you are currently not doing this part right!)

✔️   Learn how to activate your body’s natural “corset” muscles to avoid injuries;

Frequently Asked Questions

Signing up for our SSH Move Studio is easy. Check out the membership options above and click ‘Join Now’. Follow the prompts to create your account and choose your membership plan.

While we don’t require you to submit a medical clearance to us before you start, we have a couple of conditions that we would love you to meet prior to getting started:

  • We need you to be at least 6 weeks post partum before you begin our Post Natal Exercise program. For our other programs, we want you to be at least 12 weeks post partum AND have good functional core & pelvic floor strength and control.
  • We also strongly recommend that all members have had an appointment with a Women’s Health Physio (whether your last baby was 6 weeks or 16 years ago!). This is truly the only way to determine the strength and integrity of your core and pelvic floor systems and to keep you exercising safely and injury-free. (If you need recommendations, please reach out).

We offer various membership plans to suit your needs with memberships starting from less than $1 per day. You can choose between monthly, quarterly and annual subscriptions. There are no lock-in contracts and you are free to cancel at any time. See above to explore all of the available options.

Absolutely! We offer a free trial period for new members. During this time, you can explore the studio, access a limited selection of workouts, and get a feel for the Soul Sister Health experience. Sign up for the free trial on our website.

In the SSH Move Studio, we offer a diverse range of workouts to keep you motivated and inspired. Strength training, high-intensity interval training (HIIT), low v high impact, cardio and mobility sessions, we have something for everyone. Our workouts cater for all fitness levels and stages of mum-life, so jump in wherever you are at, right now!

The SSH Move Studio is accessible through your online membership account, which will function like an App from all of your devices. So you can take your workouts to any room of the house and do the workouts wherever you are – whether you are at home, in the gym or even on holidays!

Most of our workouts can be done with minimal equipment or even no equipment at all. However, some classes may utilise a few different sized weights (dumbbell or kettlebell), resistance bands, or yoga mats. We provide modifications and alternative exercises if you don’t have specific equipment. Feel free to reach out to our support team if you have any questions about equipment requirements

While we would be so sad to see you go, we understand that circumstances change. You can cancel your membership at any time through your account settings on the website or app. Please note that canceling your membership will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
