Who is the Thrive Coaching Circle designed for?
Thrive is for busy, motivated women aged 40+ who are navigating perimenopause (or beyond), struggling with weight gain, low energy, and hormone changes—and are ready for a better way to care for their body. It’s for women who are done with extremes, fed up with feeling stuck, and looking for real, lasting change.
What exactly do I get access to in Thrive?
As soon as you join us, you will get immediate access to our Coaching Circle – bursting with resources that you can start using and implementing straight away.

How does Thrive support women in peri-menopause and beyond?
We focus on the exact shifts your body needs after 40. From nutrition and exercise to mindset and lifestyle, we guide you to work with your hormones, not against them—so you can finally see progress and feel better in your skin again.
Are the nutrition strategies in Thrive “calorie-focused”?
Not in a restrictive way. We take a calorie-aware, not calorie-obsessed approach. We help you understand what your body needs to feel fuelled, energised, and supported—especially when fat loss is a goal. It’s about nourishment, not numbers.
How is this different from other programs or memberships?
We don’t do cookie-cutter plans or quick fixes. This is coaching with real-time support from us (Anna & Em), rooted in science and lived experience. We combine our expertise in exercise physiology, personal training and health coaching to guide you step-by-step with strategies that work for your age and stage.
Can I still join if I have dietary preferences or health conditions (e.g. thyroid issues, autoimmune conditions, diabetes)?
While we can provide support in helping women establish healthy habits, improve overall wellbeing, and create a lifestyle that works for your body and stage of life, we don’t offer medical nutrition therapy or condition-specific treatment. If you have a diagnosed health condition, we strongly recommend working alongside your medical provider, particularly when making any changes involving your nutrition or exercise.
Can this program help with weight management during peri-menopause?
The short answer is yes—but our caveat is that this is not a quick-fix weight loss program. While women using our Thrive strategies have experienced healthy gradual weight loss, our approach is focused on sustainable fat loss, improved body composition, increased muscle, balanced hormones, and more energy—so that any weight loss is steady, supportive, and lasting.
We shift the focus from shrinking your body at all costs to building strength, fuelling your metabolism, and working with your changing physiology. Because when your body feels safe, nourished, and strong—that’s when real transformation happens. Weight loss becomes a byproduct, not the obsession.
Can this help with cravings and emotional eating?
Yes. We address both the why and the how—from nutrition strategies that stabilise blood sugar and hormones, to mindset coaching that helps you understand emotional patterns and build better habits that stick.
How interactive is the community support?
Supporting you is our jam 😉 and You’ll be supported in a private online space with regular coaching, daily access to us, and a community of women walking the same path. It’s high vibe, non-judgmental, and a space where real change happens.
Is there expert guidance included?
Yes. You’ll be coached directly by us—Anna and Em. Our fortnightly coaching calls are your opportunity to asked us questions, receive feedback, advice and support about your own journey.
Do I need to follow a strict workout routine?
A strict workout routine is not necessary. We help you discover movement strategies for your body in a way that supports your goals and your lifestyle. You’ll get access to strength-based movement sessions designed for women approaching 40 and beyond – to create a realistic fitness rhythm that works for your stage of life.
Will I need to purchase additional supplements or products?
This will be totally up to you. The program focuses on whole foods and does not require lots of additional supplements or specific products. However, we love to have a good quality protein powder on hand to help us reach our protein macro targets and you may find this helpful too.
You are most welcome to use any brand, however, there will be an option to purchase the SSH plant-based protein powder as additional protein support. A protein powder is recommend in a number of our recipes, and can be a helpful addition to a nutrition protocol = particularly for those participants who are busy and / or have established a regular exercising regime.
Is there a minimum time commitment?
You can stay in Thrive as long as it’s serving you. While there’s no lock-in, we recommend giving yourself at least 3 months to truly experience the shifts and embed the habits that make change last.
Members will have access to all the resources as long as theuy are active members in Thrive.
What if I change my mind and decide the program is not for me?
We get it—sometimes things don’t align. If you join and decide within the first 14 days that it’s not the right fit, we’ll offer you a full refund. No stress, no pressure.
