  • 1/2 scoop SSH Protein Powder (choc or vanilla)
  • 1 cup water
  • ice cubes (as required)

Instructions
 

  • Add one scoop of protein powder to a shaker with 1-2 cups of water and ice. Shake until protein has mixed well and enjoy!
