Your DIY Meal Plans (single)
Right here is where you get to have some fun and you can create and save as many Meal Plans as your heart desires.
Here are the steps to kick start your first Meal Plan:
- Click the ‘Edit Collections’ tab -> ‘Add Collection’
- Type in your preferred collection name and click ‘Stop Editing’
- You then have to option to either:
- Navigate to any chosen Recipes within each Nutrition or Thrive Meal Plan or Recipe Collection and start adding these in to your Meal Plan(s) direct from the Recipe itself: or
- Open your saved collection and add recipes directly in to your saved collection/meal plan, using the relevant ‘Add item’ feature.
- Once you are happy with your saved collection/meal plan, you can print your shopping list and away you go!
