We are Anna & Em

Founders of Soul Sister Health (and real life sisters!). Self-proclaimed lovers of all things health with a good dose of ‘everything in balance’. With our years of combined experienced as an Exercise Physiologist (Anna), certified pre + post natal Trainer (Em) and both as certified Integrative Health Coaches, we established SSH to pursue our growing passion for women’s health. We wanted to simplify the conversation around health and to inspire motivated women to prioritise themselves and be their best, most kick-ass selves.

After working face to face with hundreds of women locally, through our group & personal training, nutrition workshops and health coaching, we bring our down-to-earth, simple approach to health & fitness, to thousands more online through our health coaching, workshops and online fitness studio.
