Mindfulness matters.

Now we get it – “Mindfulness” is the state of being conscious or aware of something” and now, the science is in! Mindfulness can support our health by managing stress, anxiety and depression – helping to make us happier, more calm beings. Neurobiological studies have demonstrated that mindfulness ‘training’ strengthens the parts of the brain that work in attention and emotional regulation.  Let’s dive in and take a look at this in more detail.
