SSH Protein Shake (choc or vanilla)

Here is our go to pre/post workout fuel for cardio and strength training. If we can't get the entire shake in before early morning exercise, we enjoy half before and the remaining after.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 scoop SSH Protein Powder (choc or vanilla)
  • 1 cup water
  • ice cubes (as required)
  • pinch sea salt optional

Instructions
 

  • Add one scoop of protein powder to a shaker with 1-2 cups of water and ice. Shake until protein has mixed well and enjoy!
