  • sea salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Place your eggs in a pot of water. Bring to the boil and boil for 6 minutes for a slightly gooey egg, 2 minutes longer for hard boiled.
  • Pop your eggs in cold water for 2 minutes then peel, add your S & P to taste.
