If you enjoy eggs, this snack option is perfect for any busy mumma! Load them up with salt and pepper and you have yourself a winning snack, every day of the week.
Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- sea salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place your eggs in a pot of water. Bring to the boil and boil for 6 minutes for a slightly gooey egg, 2 minutes longer for hard boiled.
- Pop your eggs in cold water for 2 minutes then peel, add your S & P to taste.
