3 Ingredient Protein Pancakes
Quick and easy with minimal ingredients – these pancakes are perfect for an arvo snack or a 'sweet' but savoury breakie.
Ingredients
- 1 scoop SSH Protein Powder choc or vanilla
- 1 banana small, ripe
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp natural yoghurt to serve – optional
- 1 tbsp berries to serve – optional
Instructions
- Mash the banana in a bowl using a fork.
- Crack the egg in to the bowl and mix with the banana.
- Add the protein powder and stir until well combined.
- Heat pan to medium heat and add butter (or alternative) to cover bottom of pan.
- Once butter is bubbling, add in spoonful of batter to make pancakes, of desired size.
- Allow to cook until bubbles appear on top, then flip. Second side will cook quicker than first side. Remove from fry pan once, both sides are brown.
- Serve pancakes with yogurt, berries
