Ingredients
- 1 scoop SSH Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 banana
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
Instructions
- In a bowl, mash the banana well. Mix in 1 egg, Protein powder and baking soda until well combined.
- Heat EVOO in a pan on medium heat.
- Cook pancakes on each side until golden brown and serve with berries and/or Greek yogurt.
