Ingredients
  

  • 1 scoop SSH Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 banana
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mash the banana well. Mix in 1 egg, Protein powder and baking soda until well combined.
  • Heat EVOO in a pan on medium heat.
  • Cook pancakes on each side until golden brown and serve with berries and/or Greek yogurt.
