3 Ingredient Protein Pancakes

Quick and easy with minimal ingredients – these pancakes are perfect for an arvo snack or a 'sweet' but savoury breakie.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 scoop SSH Protein Powder choc or vanilla
  • 1 banana small, ripe
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp natural yoghurt to serve – optional
  • 1 tbsp berries to serve – optional

Instructions
 

  • Mash the banana in a bowl using a fork.
  • Crack the egg in to the bowl and mix with the banana.
  • Add the protein powder and stir until well combined.
  • Heat pan to medium heat and add butter (or alternative) to cover bottom of pan.
  • Once butter is bubbling, add in spoonful of batter to make pancakes, of desired size.
  • Allow to cook until bubbles appear on top, then flip. Second side will cook quicker than first side. Remove from fry pan once, both sides are brown.
  • Serve pancakes with yogurt, berries
