
Easy Blender Protein Pancakes
Anna + EmQuick and easy with all ingredients going in to your blender – these pancakes are perfect for a 'sweet but savoury' breakie or an arvo snack, full of protein and added collagen for shiny hair, skin & nails.

Ingredients
- 1 scoop SSH Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 tbsp SSH Collagen Powder
- 1 cup plain flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup natural yoghurt to serve – optional
- 1 cup berries to serve – optional
- drizzle with honey or maple syrup
Instructions
- Add all ingredients (except baking soda and baking powder) to blender and blitz on low, until combined.
- Add baking powder and soda and mix on low until combined.
- Heat pan to medium to high heat and add butter/ghee (or alternative) to cover bottom of pan.
- Once butter is bubbling and pan is hot, turn down to a medium to low heat, add in spoonful of batter to make pancakes, of desired size.
- Allow to cook until bubbles appear on top, then flip. Second side will cook quicker than first side. Remove from fry pan once, both sides are brown.
- Serve pancakes with greek or natural yogurt, berries and a drizzle of honey.
