Anna + Em
When things turn a little cooler, we immediately start to crave more warming foods and this is one delicious addition to our menu!  The fruit takes on a gentle caramelised taste and the nutty, crunchy crumble is yum.  The nuts, oats and coconut oil – all add important protein, complex carbs and healthy fats to the dish making it an all-round good one.
