Cherry Ripe Smoothie
Smoothies are life in the SSH households and this one does not disappoint – it tastes just like a Cherry Ripe, but an ice-cold, liquid version (and without all of that sugar!)… enjoy!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cherries frozen
- 1/2 cup zucchini frozen
- 1 banana frozen
- 1 cup spinach
- 1.5 cup milk of choice
- 2 tbsp cacao powder depending on preferred taste
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 scoop SSH vanilla protein powder
Instructions
- Pop all ingredients into high speed blender and blend on high for 60 seconds.
- Pour into two glasses, to serve. Enjoy!
Notes
If this is a standalone snack or if you take this for breakfast, you will want to double th protein powder
