Smoothies are life in the SSH households and this one does not disappoint – it tastes just like a Cherry Ripe, but an ice-cold, liquid version (and without all of that sugar!)… enjoy!

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup cherries frozen
  • 1/2 cup zucchini frozen
  • 1 banana frozen
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1.5 cup milk of choice
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder depending on preferred taste
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 scoop SSH vanilla protein powder

Instructions
 

  • Pop all ingredients into high speed blender and blend on high for 60 seconds.
  • Pour into two glasses, to serve. Enjoy!

Notes

If this is a standalone snack or if you take this for breakfast, you will want to double th protein powder
