
Four ingredient Peanut Butter Fudge
Anna + EmGuilt free fudge Easy, easy, easy one this one and tastes absolutely delicious. The optional extras add some crunch to the fudge – so if you prefer a little crunch, get creative and add in your favourites – otherwise leave it smooth and silky. Both options YUM!

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp rice malt syrup
- 3-4 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract powder or vanilla bean
- 1 tbsp cacao nibs or pecans/ coconut chips (optional)
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, add first three ingredients – simmer on low heat until well combined and gently bubbling.
- Turn heat off and add in vanilla.
- Stir through to combine.
- Add any optional extras (or not) and allow to cool.
- Pour into a baking paper lined container (of any shape or size) and pop into the freezer to set.
- Wait (patiently), then that’s it!! Enjoy.
- WARNING: very addictive. We challenge you not to eat all of your fudge at once ;-).

You can top this one with whatever your heart desires!Â
SUBS
You can use tahini to keep this nut-free. Add a small pinch of sea salt.
While this wholefood snack is a much better option than store bought, please enjoy in moderation and try and keep it at just one serve 😉 (if you can!).Â
