
Not So Sweet Green Smoothie
Anna + EmWe know that there are some of you who don't really enjoy a super sweet, well, anything and this smoothie is for you! All of the goodness of an SSH smoothie, but it's not super sweet and is very low in fructose. Why not give this one a go?

Ingredients
- 1 scoop SSH vanilla protein powder
- 1 cup water or coconut water,
- 1 cup leafy greens any of baby spinach, kale, cos,
- ¼ avocado
- ½ banana frozen
- ½ cucumber or zucchini
- 1 tbsp coconut chips
- 1 cup ice
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients in high speed blender for 1 minute.
- Serve.
Notes
This smoothie can be breakfast or would also be excellent as a post-workout ‘meal’ given its protein content.Â
