Ingredients
- 1/2 red cabbage thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 garlic, clove minced
- 1/2 tbsp sea salt
Instructions
- Pop all ingredients into a large bowl and mix to combine.
- Serve with a sprinkle of sesame seeds.

STORAGE
This will keep in an airtight container in the fridge for longer than it will take you to consume it. It will actually ferment a little, the longer it sits in the fridge, so we normally make a big batch and use it all week.Â
