Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 red cabbage thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 garlic, clove minced
  • 1/2 tbsp sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Pop all ingredients into a large bowl and mix to combine.
  • Serve with a sprinkle of sesame seeds.

Notes

STORAGE
This will keep in an airtight container in the fridge for longer than it will take you to consume it.  It will actually ferment a little, the longer it sits in the fridge, so we normally make a big batch and use it all week. 
Add it into your weekly meal prep and enjoy it with everything.
