Salmon Breakie Toast
Sometimes simple is best! This fresh and delicious combo of salmon, cottage cheese and fresh greens will leave you feel so satisfied.
Ingredients
- 1 slice sourdough or gluten free alternative
- 150 g cottage cheese
- 100 g smoked salmon
- 1/2 cucumber sliced
- 1 handful mixed fresh greens to serve
- sea salt & pepper to season
- lemon juice to season
Instructions
- Toast sourdough bread.
- Top toast with cottage cheese, cucumber slices and smoked salmon.
- Season with fresh lemon juice, sea salt and pepper.
