Salted Caramel Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 scoop SSH Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 cup water
- 3 ice cubes
- 1/2 banana frozen
- 1 medjool date
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon ground
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1/2 tbsp chia seeds ground, if preferred
- 1 tsp ground flax seeds
Instructions
- Pop all ingredients in to a high speed blender, blitz until smooth and enjoy!
