Ingredients
  

  • 1 scoop SSH Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 ice cubes
  • 1/2 banana frozen
  • 1 medjool date
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon ground
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1/2 tbsp chia seeds ground, if preferred
  • 1 tsp ground flax seeds

Instructions
 

  • Pop all ingredients in to a high speed blender, blitz until smooth and enjoy!
