Ingredients
- 1 scoop SSH Protein Powder (choc or vanilla)
- 1-2 cup water
- ice cubes (as required)
Instructions
- Add one scoop of protein powder to a shaker with 1-2 cups of water and ice. Shake until protein has mixed well and enjoy!
