Ingredients
  

  • 1 scoop SSH Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 banana frozen
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup almond milk Pure Harvest
  • ¼ cup whole rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp natural yoghurt greek or regular
  • 1 tsp honey
  • sprinkle of cinnamon to serve

Instructions
 

  • Pop all ingredients in to a high speed blender, blitz until smooth and enjoy!
