- 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 cup diced cucumber
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp fresh mint
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 carrot chopped in to sticks
- 1 red capsicum chopped in to sticks
- 2 celery stalks chopped in to sticks
Instructions
- Mix all your ingredients in a bowl and serve with your favourite chopped veggie sticks – we love carrot, capsicum and celery.
