This Greek favourite is about to take on a whole new meaning with our high protein version. Perfectly accompanied with your chopped veggie sticks – this becomes a great high protein snack!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup diced cucumber
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp fresh mint
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 carrot chopped in to sticks
  • 1 red capsicum chopped in to sticks
  • 2 celery stalks chopped in to sticks

Instructions
 

  • Mix all your ingredients in a bowl and serve with your favourite chopped veggie sticks – we love carrot, capsicum and celery.
