  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 1/2 cup water more if desired
  • 1 cup Pure Harvest coconut milk Pure Harvest Coco Quench
  • ¼ cup whole rolled oats or gluten free alternative (or omit)
  • 5 macadamia nuts
  • ice cubes optional: for a thicker consistency
